Streets and SquaresThe most visited streets in Madrid are in the historical center, let us say between the Plaza de Colon (Colon Square) and the Glorieta del Emperador Carlos V (Carlos V Square) and between Plaza de España (España Square) and Plaza de Dali (Dali Square). You may form a rectangle with these four places and inbetween there will be the most popular streets. Some of them have long stories to tell, having seen the centuries pass by impregnating each house, each corner with a piece of history. |
